Backed by over 120 years of tradition, excellence, and innovation in the jewellery business, Sri. Ramesh S Pai brings you an array of premium jewellery collections through R Giri Pai. What follows is our terms and conditions and you will be obliged to follow this if you proceed to go with us.

In these Terms and Conditions, team R Giri Pai will be using ( we, us, our) to denote R Giri Pai itself.

• Please inspect the ornaments you have purchased before leaving the showroom. We do not entertain any claims later, however unlikely, that the items were damaged at the time of purchase.
• To exchange ornaments without any reduction in weight or rate, the same should be returned in an unused and undamaged form along with the original bill within 3 days of purchase. The above said ornaments cannot be exchanged for cash. Also, it is not your right to demand an exchange of ornaments.
• Imported jewellery, machine-made items, customer-specified designs, and baby ornaments can only be exchanged without any refund of making charges.
• Please handle the screws/clasps of ornaments and studded jewellery very carefully. These are delicate and can be damaged if turned in the wrong direction. Items damaged due to negligent handling can only be repaired, not replaced.
• The re-purchase of ornaments sold by us will be considered only if the original bill of sales is furnished. Payments will be made by way of account payee-crossed cheques only.
• In order to sell gold, a customer must furnish the original bill along with any one of the following documents (a) Aadhar Card (b) Driving License (c) Passport. If the amount exceeds Rs 2 lakhs, PAN card must be furnished too, along with one of the above-mentioned documents.
• Stone weight indicated on studded ornaments, in some cases, are approximate. The same weight will be considered in case of exchange or sale.
• Please refer to our tips on ‘jewellery care’ provided with the bill and handle them accordingly. Only then you can enjoy wearing your ornaments as much as we enjoyed crafting them for you.
• All the terms and conditions listed above are subject to existing managerial decisions and rules that are prevalent at the time of sale/purchase.
